One-Week Squarespace Website

You’ve just started your business and are ready to get up and running with a custom, intuitive, and beautiful website that reflects you! This is perfect for individuals and small businesses with a few services or one product for a site up to 5 pages.

Timeline: 1 week

Investment: $1,000 USD

    • Mobile-responsive website up to 5 pages (i.e. Home, About, Services, Contact, Blog)

    • Branding based on your logo (color palette, fonts, graphic elements) if you do not have this already

    • Copywriting guidance and copyediting support

    • Basic SEO

    • Connection/integration of domain, email marking service, scheduling service, analytics, and social media

    • Personalized video tutorials

    • 20% off your first year of Squarespace hosting and Acuity Scheduling

    • Logo design

    • Full-service copywriting

    • Fees for third party integrations, Squarespace hosting, or domain

    • Required legal pages (i.e. terms and conditions)

    • Branding (logo, fonts, colors)

      If you don’t yet have colors and fonts, I’ll create a color palette and provide a set of Squarespace fonts for you at no additional cost.

    • Website copy

      You know your business and ideal clients best! I provide worksheets to help you generate content and support you with edits.

    • Photos and graphics

      If you need photos, you can find free stock images on sites like Unsplash and Pexels. We can also add on a stock photo package if you prefer.

Two-Week Squarespace Website

Your business is growing, and you’re ready to launch a beautifully intuitive website with 6-10 pages! This is perfect for businesses with an ecommerce/membership site or several services.

Timeline: 2 weeks

Investment: $2,000 USD

    • Mobile-responsive website up to 10 pages

    • Set up 2-20 products for ecommerce, membership portal, or multiple services

    • Branding based on your logo (color palette, fonts, graphic elements) if you do not have this already

    • Copywriting guidance and copyediting support

    • Basic SEO

    • Connection/integration of domain, email marking service, scheduling service, analytics, and social media

    • Personalized video tutorials

    • 20% off your first year of Squarespace hosting

Design Process

  1. Discovery

Schedule a free 30-minute consult call together to discuss your needs and goals. If we’re a good fit, I’ll prepare a contract, and once it’s signed with a deposit paid, your project is on the calendar. I’ll also send you a welcome packet and guides/worksheets to help you prepare your content.

2. Design

We’ll have a kickoff call on our first design day to review goals and the process. I’ll design and build your website with checkpoints along the way for you to review and request edits to ensure you love the design.

3. Launch

On the final day, your site goes live! I’ll provide you a tutorial on how to maintain your site on your own and an offboarding kit to set you up for success.

  • Squarespace is an industry standard for websites and hosting. Compared to Wordpress, it is more user friendly, more secure, and easier to use. It is perfect for small businesses that want a beautiful website that is simple to maintain on their own.

  • Yes, every website is built with SEO setup. I complete every step on the Squarespace SEO Checklist at a minimum for best practices.

  • Your domain is usually about $20 per year.

    Squarespace annual business pricing is about $276 per year (including domain and email for the first year), but if you work with me, you get 20% off the first year.

    Any third-party integrations you use, such as Acuity or Mindbody scheduling.
